The words "you" or "your" or "User" or “Candidate” as used herein, refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing or using the Website as job seekers, for any reason. The words "we" or "us" or "our" or the "Company" as used herein, refer to the company www.teacherstree.in and/or or any permitted assignees. Also the words “TeachersTree”, “Teachers Tree”, “Teacher’sTree” or “Teacher’s Tree”, all represent the same company www.teacherstree.in which is registered as a one person company with the name of

This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions describes the information, as part of the normal operation of our Services; we collect from you and what may happen to that information. We recommend every candidate to read our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions at length as we believe you should know as much as possible about the Website, Services (whether free or paid) and our practices so that you can make informed decisions.

By accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you expressly allow us to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. This Privacy Policy is effective upon your visit of Website and Terms and Conditions are effective upon your registration on the website and/or availing our services.

Teachers Tree focusses on the trust between our website visitors/candidates and us. We always do our best to preserve the confidentiality of all the information provided to us by the candidates. Please read the following policy to understand how your Personal Information will be treated as you use our website.

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the term "Personal Information" will mean any information that may be used to identify you including, but not limited to, (i) personal details such as Name , Date of Birth, etc. (ii) Information such as your experience and salary (iii) any details related to references provided such as a result of back ground check, etc.(iv) the information contained in the resume provided either through email or through uploading (the information you choose to provide is entirely up to your discretion; you may provide as much or as little information as you desire, except for the information which is mandatory to be provided). We highly recommend that every candidate should update his/her profile from time to time. PLEASE NOTE THAT we may pass your personal information to other institutes or organizations or any agent or third party service provider unless prohibited by laws and regulations. By doing this we do our best to ensure that the third party involved is not a fraud but we don’t take any liability arising out of this. Also we may record the telephonic discussions with the candidate for future references. By agreeing to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you agree to all the above mentioned points in Privacy section.
 

2. Information we collect

When accessing our Website, we collect your Personal Information. Our objective in doing so is to provide relevant and best of opportunities to our candidates. So we provide services and features that most likely meet your requirements. Most importantly, we only collect Personal Information about you that we consider necessary for achieving this purpose.

You can access the website without providing your personal information but to fully use our Website, you will need to register on our website, where you need to provide us with your contact and identity information and other Personal Information as mentioned on the registration page of the Website. Once you provide us your Personal Information, and complete Registration Process, you are not anonymous to us. We have indicated which fields are mandatory and which fields are optional. All the * marked fields are mandatory and other fields are optional. You may opt not to provide us any of the optional information but in order to offer you the best of jobs, we recommend every candidate to provide the maximum of information.

By registering on the website, you agree that we may use your information to do internal research on our candidates' demographics, interests, and behavior to better understand. We will not be responsible for any information leakage due to your browser settings or you using different computers. Again we will not be responsible for any information loss to the use of websites which you access before and after using our website.

We may use data collection devices such as "cookies" on certain pages of the Website to help gather information. "Cookies are small bits of information that automatically gets stored on a person's web browser in their computer that can be retrieved by this site. If you wish to disable these cookies you may do so by changing the setting on your browser. However, if you do so, you will not be able to enter certain part(s)/content of our website. By registering on the website, you agree to receive messages, emails and calls from our side. These might be to update you with the job offers that might be of your interest, or to update you on any other product/services of ours or might be to update you on any other matter related to you.

By submitting your phone number/s to the website, you agree and authorize TeachersTree to have the right to either by itself or through its' associates, service providers, business partners, employers, or recruiters to contact you from time to time regarding jobs through phone calls or any other means of communications to the mobile number and other phone number entered by you, irrespective of whether the same is on the Do Not Call (DNC) list or National customer Preference Register (NCPR) or any other such data base. You confirm that you are voluntarily providing your contact number and other contact information to solicit communication from the website Owner and you acknowledge that any communication through phone calls or any other means from TeachersTree or through its' associates, service providers, business partners, employers, or recruiters shall not be treated as an unsolicited communication or promotional communication.

By agreeing to Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions you agree that we may collect IP address from all visitors to the Website. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. We use such information to help diagnose problems with our website, server, analyze trends, track users' movement, etc.

We may use your Personal Information and other information we obtain from your current and past activities on the Website to answer your queries, resolve disputes; resolve website related problems; assess your interest in the services provided by us, update you about jobs, products, services, and updates; detect and protect you and ourselves against errors and ommisions, fraud and other criminal activity; enforce Terms and conditions and Privacy policy; and as otherwise described to you at the time of collection. Many a times, we might look across multiple Users to identify problems or resolve disputes, and in particular we may examine your Personal Information to identify users using multiple User profiles or information. We may compare and review your Personal Information for errors, omissions, duplicity, consistency and for accuracy. We may also compare the information provided by you in Registration form and the resume uploaded by you. You need to ensure that the information provided by you is consistent in all respects.

You agree that we may use your Personal Information about you to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, to analyze site metrics, improve the Website's content and service offerings, and customize the Website's content, layout, and services. These uses improve the Website and help us meet your needs, so that we may provide you with an efficient, safe and better experience while using the Website.

5. Advertisements
  • When you enter Personal Information on any form of an advertiser, such information is simultaneously collected by Website and the advertiser. The Personal Information is used by Website in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Policy and is used by the advertiser as per the advertisers prevalent privacy policies. Because we do not control the privacy practices of these advertisers, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to provide the said information.

  • Website may also aggregate (gather up data across all Accounts) Personal Information and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to advertisers and other third parties for other marketing and promotional purposes.

6. Classifieds Listings

When you express an interest in a classified advertisement, the user who has listed the advertisement will be provided your contact information as provided in your user's registration form.

7. Services offered on the Website by third parties

There are few services for which third parties request for information before the service is listed on the Website. The information provided by you for such purposes is also collected by the Website and the respective third party. This information is utilised by the third party in accordance with its privacy policy and the terms of the offer. Since we do not control the privacy practices of these third parties, you should evaluate their practices before deciding to use their services.

The Company shares much of the data, including Personal Information about you, with its affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint ventures that are committed to serve your online trading and non-trading needs and related services. To the extent that these entities have access to your Personal Information, they will treat it at least as protectively as they treat information they obtain from their other users. The Company's affiliates, subsidiaries, and joint ventures follow privacy practices no less protective of all users than our practices described in this document, to the extent allowed by applicable law. Please note that if you post any of your Personal Information in public areas of the Website such as in online forums or chat rooms or blogs, or in the Website's searchable resume database, such information may be collected and used by others over whom we have no control. We are/will not be responsible for the use made by third parties of information you post or otherwise make available in public areas of Website.

You may review, correct, update or change your account information at any time.

To protect your privacy and security, we will try to verify your identity before granting access or making changes to your Personal Information. If you have registered your profile on the Website, your ID and Password are required in order to access your Account.

Our Website may contain links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website over which the Website has no control and will bear no responsibility. Often these websites require you to enter your Personal Information. We encourage you to read the privacy statements and other terms on all such websites as their policies may differ from ours. You agree that we shall not be liable for any breach of your privacy of Personal Information or loss incurred by your use of these websites.
 

12. Payment Terms

Every hired candidate needs to pay recruitment service charges. All payments are due upon success of the interview and hired candidate needs to provide a POST-DATED CHEQUE within 5 days of joining the organization. The total amount of charges will stay at 15 days of salary (This amount will be calculated based on per month’s gross salary fixed during interview process with school management exclusive of any kind of deductions.). TeachersTree recruitment service charges will not be adjusted on account of first month’s reduced salary which may be due to leaves, partial working days of month or deduction due to any other reason. The amount needs to be paid as a POST-DATED CHEQUE within 5 days of joining. There are no alternate modes of payment and it is candidate’s responsibility to issue a cheque irrespective of any issues which could be related to their bank accounts etc. In general, no alternate payment modes are allowed but that is only up to company’s discretion. If candidate is not able to resolve issues with his/her bank account within 5 days, only upon company’s (TeachersTree) discretion, candidate can provide POST-DATED CHEQUE of any of their family member.

** Collection of Post Dated Cheque is not done in some cases due to COVID-19 scenarios. Decision on whether a candidate needs to provide post dated cheque or need to pay through other available modes depends totally on TeachersTree and not on candidate.

Candidates are advised to join only after confirming all the details related to post they are applying for. Joining without offer letter will totally be candidate’s decision and TeachersTree.in (Tree9 Services OPC Pvt. Ltd.) will not be responsible for any delays or issues related to offer letter or any other issue which candidate discusses after their joining. Also, Recruitment Service charges are not dependent on any such issue which candidate has not discussed before joining. Charges due DO NOT depend upon candidates receiving offer letter or any issue related to leaves policy or on any other matter. Once the candidate accepts the job offer and joins school, charges needs to be paid as per the terms mentioned. Candidates are also supposed to inform us soon after joining and informing us is a part of terms and conditions.

Candidate should ensure that Cheque issued is correct and doesn’t have any issues like cuttings, corrections, different inks being used, torn, etc. If executive collecting the cheque feels that there is an issue with the cheque, it is candidate’s responsibility to handover the cheque by visiting our office. THE DATE OF CHEQUE ISSUED IS DECIDED TO ENSURE THAT CANDIDATE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED SALARY BY THEN. IF A CANDIDATE HASN’T RECEIVED SALARY BY THE DATE OF THE CHEQUE, CANDIDATE CAN INFORM US AND WE WILL HOLD THE CHEQUE FOR FEW MORE DAYS (GENERALLY 2 to 3 DAYS). ONLY COMPANY (Tree9 Services Pvt. Ltd.) WILL DECIDE ON THE DATE OF THE POST-DATED CHEQUE.

For any bounced cheque, Cheque bounce charges will be added to the original amount and candidate must do the payment (original amount plus cheque bounce charges which is usually in between Rs. 200 to Rs. 500) within 1 day of cheque getting dishonored.

Payment acknowledgement receipt will be provided to the candidate in-person or through courier once the cheque would be collected from the candidate. Once payment is received in the bank, then an acknowledgement email will be sent on clearance of dues on their registered email id provided by the candidate at the time of registration.

Any non-registered candidate should not be accompanied by the candidate who has been aligned by TeachersTree. In such a case, the registered candidate needs to pay recruitment service charges upon the selection of non-registered candidate.

 

Payments in installments are not allowed and we DO NOT entertain such requests. Amount in full needs to be paid on due date.

No refund will be made to the candidate in any scenarios.

13. Interview Procedures

Candidate needs to follow school’s interview process which might include filling up the form, written test, Demo classes, personal interview etc. These all may not be applicable to all the candidates depending upon the vacancy candidate is visiting for. Majority of the schools do charge for such application forms which applies to candidates sent by TeachersTree as well. There should not be any argument from the candidate with school or with us (TeachersTree) on the application process or any other interview process. If candidate is not willing to abide by the process, candidates are advised to walkout gracefully without creating any nuisance. We try to communicate the maximum of the information provided to us by the employer but some of the details related to vacancy might be different. If the candidate accepts the position for which the details were different, candidate still must abide by all the terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend all the candidates not to indulge in any kind of discussion/arguments with school authorities related to Interview procedures.

Many a times, for a number of reasons school stay in touch more with candidates and we as a consultancy are not updated by the schools. This could be due to expediting the process from the school or may be due to any other reason. It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep TeachersTree (us) updated whenever they are being contacted by the school directly. In no case Terms and Conditions will change and so does Payment Terms.

Candidates are also supposed to inform us soon after joining and informing us is a part of terms and conditions.

If candidate appears for interview after agreeing with Terms and Conditions but for some reason Interview details are missed or not sent or not delivered, even then all the terms and conditions will still be applicable (including payment terms) as candidate got to know about opportunity from TeachersTree.

Candidates should be visiting school in formal clothes. Either Suits or Sarees are advised to visit for any interviews.

Lastly, by agreeing to Terms and Conditions, candidate also agrees to respond to our phone calls. If a candidate is busy, he/she is expected to get back to as at the earliest they can. By not contacting us within one day of we contacting you, it will be considered as Violation of Terms and Conditions.

14. Nature of employment offered

 

We highly recommend every candidate to clarify all the employment related details before joining for any particular post/job. We try to communicate the maximum of the information provided to us by the employer but some of the details related to vacancy might be different.

If a candidate is offered to join for any particular position, candidate should confirm the nature of employment if it’s full time, leave vacancy, contractual, part time etc.

If a candidate if is offered a post other than what he/she visited for, all the payment and other terms will still be applicable.

For any contractual Jobs, leave vacancy jobs and other non-permanent jobs, the payment terms still remain the same. Also, candidates leaving job at their own will still need to pay recruitment service charges.

No refund will be made to the candidate in any scenarios.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The amendment/s to this Privacy Policy shall come to effect from the time of such update, change or modification.

We further reserve the unilateral right to add to /and/or change and/or delete and/or end or prematurely withdraw its Service or any part thereof at any time with or without notice to the User for any reason including on account of business exigencies and/or regulatory or statutory changes. There shall be no liability on behalf of the Owner to the User or any third party in case we exercise our unilateral right to modify/discontinue the Service.
 

16. Disclaimer

The Company does not access, store or keep credit card or other banking data. All credit card and similar transactions happen through third party gateways and the Company plays no role in the transaction, except for directing the customers to gateways or relevant webpage. Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to any disclosure whatsoever of Personal Information.

The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any Personal Information concerning the User's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used. 
 

17. Governing law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India only without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
 

18. Assignability

The Company may assign any of its responsibilities/obligations to any other person without notice to the User, at its sole discretion. However, you shall not assign, sub-licence or otherwise transfer any of your rights under this Privacy Policy to any other party, unless a written consent is taken from the Company.

20. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT POSSIBLE BY LAW, OWNER'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE WEBSITE OR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED RUPEES 2,000 (INR).
