By accepting the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions, you expressly allow us to our use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. We highly recommend that every candidate should update his/her profile from time to time. PLEASE NOTE THAT we may pass your personal information to other institutes or organizations or any agent or third party service provider unless prohibited by laws and regulations. By doing this we do our best to ensure that the third party involved is not a fraud but we don’t take any liability arising out of this. Also we may record the telephonic discussions with the candidate for future references. 12. Payment Terms

Every hired candidate needs to pay recruitment service charges. All payments are due upon success of the interview .
Recruitment Charges Policy
Provisions applicable in case of consolidated salary is offered by the school management.
Charges Payable
The Candidate agrees and acknowledges that the total recruitment charges payable to TeachersTree Consultancy shall be equivalent to fifteen (15) days of the Candidate’s gross monthly salary (fixed per month salary), as determined and fixed during the interview process with the School Management.
For the purposes of this Agreement, “gross monthly salary” shall mean the monthly salary offered by the School Management and accepted by the hired candidate during interview process. This calculation is strictly based on the gross monthly salary. Gross Monthly Salary shall mean the aggregate monthly remuneration payable by the Employer to the Employee, prior to any deductions.It implies that this amount does not include any deductions such as TDS, gratuity, any type of provident fund, security deposit, leave adjustments, partial working days, or any other deductions or adjustments applied by the school management. The recruitment charges shall be computed solely on the basis of the Gross Monthly Salary offered to the candidate.
TeachersTree Consultancy shall, for all purposes, consider one calendar month as consisting of thirty (30) days, and the calculation of fifteen (15) days’ salary shall be strictly on that basis only. 30 days in a calendar month is applicable for all 12 months in a year.
Independence from date of joining
The Candidate expressly agrees that the recruitment charges of fifteen (15) days’ gross salary are not dependent on the date of joining in the School. Irrespective of whether the Candidate commences employment at the beginning, middle, or end of any given month, the charges shall remain fixed at fifteen (15) days’ gross monthly salary.
Liability to Pay in Case of Discontinuation
The Candidate shall remain liable to pay the full recruitment charges (i.e., fifteen (15) days of gross monthly salary) even if:
a. the Candidate voluntarily resigns, or
b. the Candidate’s employment is terminated due to any avoidable or unavoidable circumstances arising within the School premises, including but not limited to discontinuation in the first month of service.
Mode and Timing of Payment
The Candidate shall pay the consultancy charges equivalent to fifteen (15) days of gross monthly salary out of the first salary received from the School Management, notwithstanding that the first salary may reflect remuneration for fewer than thirty (30) days. Payment of the consultancy charges in full from the first salary shall be mandatory, irrevocable, and non-deferrable.
Policy guidelines when a candidate is offered a per day basis remuneration
Charges Payable
If a candidate joins a school where recruitment payments are calculated on a per-day basis, the computation of recruitment charges shall be determined in the following manner:
The calculation will be based on the total number of working days falling within the next thirty (30) calendar days from the date of joining, as officially prescribed by the school management. Only those days on which the school remains operational for teachers shall be counted as payable days.
Accordingly, the recruitment charges shall be computed as follows:
Gross Per Day Salary × Number of Operational Working Days (within 30 days of joining) ÷ 2
The resultant figure, shall be deemed as the recruitment charges payable to the consultancy.
Gross per day salary shall mean the aggregate daily remuneration payable by the Employer to the Employee, prior to any deductions.It implies that this amount does not include any deductions such as TDS, gratuity, any type of provident fund, security deposit, leave adjustments, partial working days, or any other deductions or adjustments applied by the school management. The recruitment charges shall be computed solely on the basis of the Gross per day offered to the candidate.
Liability to Pay in Case of Discontinuation
The Candidate shall remain liable to pay the full recruitment charges even if:
a. the Candidate voluntarily resigns, or
b. the Candidate’s employment is terminated due to any avoidable or unavoidable circumstances arising within the School premises, including but not limited to discontinuation in the first month of service.
Payment Timeline for an employee who is eligible to reimburse TeachersTree Consultancy

Salary-Linked Payment
As soon as the candidate receives their salary in the specified month, the candidate shall be required to make the payment of recruitment charges immediately, without delay.
​
Timeliness
The payment must be remitted in full upon receipt of first salary, and no extension or deferment shall be entertained.
Acknowledgment
By participating in the recruitment process, the candidate acknowledges and agrees to comply with the above-mentioned payment timeline.

Mode of Recruitment Fee Payment

Permissible Payment Methods
The candidate may remit the recruitment fee to TeachersTree Consultancy through any of the following modes: UPI transfer, NEFT, bank transfer, or cheque.
Advance Confirmation of Payment Mode
The candidate must inform and confirm with the consultancy in advance regarding the selected mode of payment.
Proof of Payment
Upon making the payment, the candidate is required to share a screenshot or valid proof of the transaction with the consultancy. A payment shall be deemed successful only upon clearance and confirmation of transfer to the consultancy’s designated bank account. An official acknowledgment of payment will be issued via email upon receipt of the full amount in company’s bank account on your registered email ID.
Payment by Cheque
a) Candidates opting to pay by cheque must ensure the cheque is issued correctly, free from errors such as cuttings, overwriting, corrections, usage of different inks, torn paper, or incorrect signatures.
b) The cheque must be issued bearing the current date (post-dated cheque shall not be accepted).
Cheque Dishonor
In the event of a bounced or dishonored cheque, cheque bounce charges (generally ranging between INR 200 to INR 500) shall be added to the original payable amount. The candidate shall be required to clear the outstanding payment (original amount plus cheque bounce charges) within one (1) working day of the cheque being dishonored.
Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Nature of Payments
All payments made by the candidate towards recruitment charges shall be final, binding, and strictly non-refundable.
2. No Exceptions
Under no circumstances shall any refund, reversal, or adjustment of the paid amount be made to the candidate, regardless of the situation, event, or reason presented.

Confirm Joining Date
Ensure the school has clearly communicated your official date of joining, as this will determine the 30-day calculation window.
Employment Terms & Conditions laid by school for newly hired teachers
Designation to be offered, salary structure (monthly or per-day basis), and probation period/leave period /contractual period (if any) must be clearly stated.
Salary Clarification Clause
The candidate must discuss and clarify all details regarding gross salary and applicable deductions directly with the school authority prior to joining. TeachersTree Consultancy shall not be held responsible for any lack of communication or information not sought at the time of joining and later discovered by the candidate. Such matters shall have no bearing on the recruitment charges levied by TeachersTree Consultancy.

Ask About Payment Timeline

Understand when and how the payment will be disbursed—by which date/week of the month, the salary shall be released to the employees.
Documentation clause
It shall be the sole responsibility of the hired candidate to ensure submission of the documents required by the school management for maintaining official records. The decision to deposit original documents, if requested by the school as security, rests entirely with the candidate. The candidate must independently verify and confirm with the school management regarding issuance of documents such as the joining letter, offer letter, salary slips, experience letter (upon exit), or any acknowledgment/confirmation relating to submission of documents or security deposits. TeachersTree Consultancy shall not be responsible for such matters. Any omission or lapse in the recruitment process on the part of the candidate from school management shall not affect or reduce the consultancy’s recruitment fee, which remains fully payable as per TeachersTree Consultancy payment policy.
Joining without documentation
In the event that a candidate joins the school without obtaining any formal appointment letter or written confirmation from the school management, the responsibility for such action shall rest entirely with the candidate. The payment of recruitment charges shall still remain applicable and payable as per the policy.​
Other Key Provisions

Consultancy’s role limited to recruitment only; continuation of employment lies solely with the school management.

Any personal expenses incurred by the candidate, including but not limited to travel costs, festival-related expenses, health issues, or family concerns, shall not be taken into consideration and shall have no impact on the pre-decided recruitment fee payable to TeachersTree Consultancy.

Any non-registered candidate should not be accompanied by the candidate who has been aligned by TeachersTree Consultancy. In such a case, the registered candidate needs to pay recruitment service charges upon the selection of non-registered candidate.

If a candidate appears for a profile that was initially discussed and agreed upon with the TeachersTree Team prior to the interview, and after visiting the school and completing the interview process, the school management decides to offer a different role within the institution, the recruitment charges shall still be applicable under all regular terms and conditions. The revised role offered by the school is determined solely on the basis of the candidate’s performance during the interview process. Therefore, the final designation or position offered depends entirely on the candidate’s demonstrated abilities and suitability as assessed by the school management.

Payments in installments shall not be permitted, and such requests will not be considered. The full amount is to be paid on the due date.
13. Interview Procedures

Candidate needs to follow school’s interview process which might include filling up the form, written test, Demo classes, personal interview etc. These all may not be applicable to all the candidates depending upon the vacancy candidate is visiting for. Majority of the schools do charge for such application forms which applies to candidates sent by TeachersTree as well. There should not be any argument from the candidate with school or with us (TeachersTree) on the application process or any other interview process. If candidate is not willing to abide by the process, candidates are advised to walkout gracefully without creating any nuisance. We try to communicate the maximum of the information provided to us by the employer but some of the details related to vacancy might be different. If the candidate accepts the position for which the details were different, candidate still must abide by all the terms and conditions.

We strongly recommend all the candidates not to indulge in any kind of discussion/arguments with school authorities related to Interview procedures.
​
Many a times, for a number of reasons school stay in touch more with candidates and we as a consultancy are not updated by the schools. This could be due to expediting the process from the school or may be due to any other reason. It is the responsibility of the candidate to keep TeachersTree (us) updated whenever they are being contacted by the school directly. In no case Terms and Conditions will change and so does Payment Terms.

Candidates are also supposed to inform us soon after joining and informing us is a part of terms and conditions.
If candidate appears for interview after agreeing with Terms and Conditions but for some reason Interview details are missed or not sent or not delivered, even then all the terms and conditions will still be applicable (including payment terms) as candidate got to know about opportunity from TeachersTree.

Candidates should be visiting school in formal clothes. Either Suits or Sarees are advised to visit for any interviews.
Lastly, by agreeing to Terms and Conditions, candidate also agrees to respond to our phone calls. If a candidate is busy, he/she is expected to get back to as at the earliest they can. By not contacting us within one day of we contacting you, it will be considered as Violation of Terms and Conditions.
Candidate Shortlisting and Communication Policy

School Authority's Discretion
The final decision regarding candidate shortlisting and selection rests solely with the respective school authorities. TeachersTree Consultancy does not influence or intervene in the school’s internal hiring decisions.

Profile Flexibility and Recruitment Fee
While candidates may apply for a specific vacancy, the school management reserves the right to offer an alternative role based on the candidate’s qualifications, competencies, and overall suitability. In such cases, the recruitment fee remains applicable, as the hiring has occurred through TeachersTree Consultancy’s facilitation.

Direct School Communication
If the school management contacts a candidate directly for further interview rounds, the candidate must promptly inform TeachersTree Consultancy. As the initial connection was established through our consultancy, the recruitment process continues to be governed by our terms, and the payment policy remains in effect. This ensures transparency and proper documentation of the recruitment process.

14. Nature of employment offered
We highly recommend every candidate to clarify all the employment related details before joining for any particular post/job. We try to communicate the maximum of the information provided to us by the employer but some of the details related to vacancy might be different.
​
If a candidate is offered to join for any particular position, candidate should confirm the nature of employment if it’s full time, leave vacancy, contractual, part time etc.
​
If a candidate if is offered a post other than what he/she visited for, all the payment and other terms will still be applicable.
​
For any contractual Jobs, leave vacancy jobs and other non-permanent jobs, the payment terms still remain the same. Also, candidates leaving job at their own will still need to pay recruitment service charges.
​
No refund will be made to the candidate in any scenarios.
​
15. Changes to this Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions
​
We reserve the right to update, change or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. The amendment/s to this Privacy Policy shall come to effect from the time of such update, change or modification.
We further reserve the unilateral right to add to /and/or change and/or delete and/or end or prematurely withdraw its Service or any part thereof at any time with or without notice to the User for any reason including on account of business exigencies and/or regulatory or statutory changes. There shall be no liability on behalf of the Owner to the User or any third party in case we exercise our unilateral right to modify/discontinue the Service.
16. Disclaimer

The Company does not access, store or keep credit card or other banking data. All credit card and similar transactions happen through third party gateways and the Company plays no role in the transaction, except for directing the customers to gateways or relevant webpage. Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to any disclosure whatsoever of Personal Information.
The Company will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by reason of any disclosure (inadvertent or otherwise) of any Personal Information concerning the User's account and / or information relating to or regarding online transactions using credit cards / debit cards and / or their verification process and particulars nor for any error, omission or inaccuracy with respect to any information so disclosed and used.
Scope of Responsibility
The role of the consultancy is limited to facilitating the recruitment process by connecting candidates with the school/management.
Employment Continuity
The consultancy shall bear no responsibility or liability in relation to the candidate’s continuation of employment, resignation, termination, or any changes in terms of employment after the date of joining.
No Guarantee
The consultancy does not provide any guarantee regarding the duration of employment, future increments, promotions, or benefits extended by the school/management.
Candidate’s Acceptance
By engaging in the recruitment process, the candidate accepts and acknowledges that the consultancy’s responsibility ceases once the candidate joins the school/management, and no claims shall be raised thereafter.
17. Governing law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India only without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India.
